Query re FitFlop site

Hi, I have been trying to see the boots on www.fitflop.com but each time I go in it asks me to register or if I am not a new customer to og in. I have purchased from them before but cannot remember my password. When I click on the link, 'have you forgotten your password' it just takes me back to square one.
Can anyone help or even give me an email where I can contact Fitflop?

does anyone know it you can buy them in actual shops? That site says free deliv/returns - is that true craft and is it easy?

bednobs they are excellent..............I've been using them for about 3 years now.

do you have to get a courrier to take them back or post?

If you want to return something you go into your account and request a Returns Label (you can do this within 30 days of receipt), this is emailed to you. You print off the label, stick it onto your parcel and take it to the post office.

Thanks for all your help. Chelle7272 and Redcrx when you to click on forgotten password it just asks you again to log in and when you click on contact us at the bottom of the page it again brings you to the log in page.
Just keeps you going round in an endless circle!

I've also used Rubbersole and Cloggs,both great sites but if you want a real shop,I saw them in John Lewis yesterday.They are true to size though,I'm a 5 and bought a 5.They are spot on.

SPOTIT. clicking on the contact us does not bring up a login page on my pc it brings up thecontact details

Thanks Redcrx for the contact details. Sounds like it may be an error on my PC though it happens on both my laptop and ipad. I will try emailing them.
