I do like it. Slightly unusual. But what is your question? Can't you just either have a similar one made or get in touch with the designer direct to see if there are any stockists in the UK?

find a decent dressmaker with some spare nets and get one made.

whatever you do, dont go buying cheap dresses from scam sites based in china etc. you know the ones, sites that have no contact details etc and will probably rip you off and either send you nothing or a load of tat.

i already send them an email with the same question and waiting for responce, but this is important for me and if i do not find the dress at least i will know that i asked for help everywhere. I tell you if they can make it as soon as get responce. Thanks for advices!

I was not sure if dressmaker can make by 12 of november. I know that i don't have a lot of time, but that is not because i was lasy to look for the dress. But i dont want to risk with the dressmaker.
