sorry to bother you, i wonder if anyone can help with this problem. I have a Crane Sports MD15200 fitness watch with a broken strap. I have taken the watch to a number of watch repairers who have told me that as the strap is inbuilt only the manufacturers can fix it. The manufacturers tell me that the strap is not in stock so they cant supply it. The watch is still in good working order and too good to discard simply because of the broken straps. Is there any way to resolve this.

Thanking you for your time

Hi, go on EBay & look for watch straps/ bands, there are lots of sites that can sort your problem out & the prices are good not like the high st. shops.

Aldi's warranty is for 3 years. Is it older than that? If not they should do something about it.
I have exactly the same problem, I phoned the number in the instruction manual which was for the medion company and they are sending me a new one as its within the 3 year warrantee. I got routed to a very helpful chap in Berlin and he said that parts are no longer available so they will send a new one or i can get a refund if theres none in stock. If you phone Aldi HQ they have all the phone numbers for the support lines, hope this helps you
Medion number is : 0870 727 037 0 or email is: [email protected]
