"View by Order visited Today" not working on Internet Explorer

I wanted to go back to a page I looked at previously today on Internet Explorer. I went into the "View Order Visited Today". However, my computer is not adding web pages I am looking at today. I was not sure what the problem is and restored my computer to a previous time. However, on opening internet explorer, the last few pages I looked at have also vanished.

Any advice on how I can go into previous web pages seen earlier today would be appreciated. Thanks.

At a guess, it's because you've set it to delete your history on exit.
Tools/Internet Options
General tab
Delete browsing history on exit.

Not a great idea using System Restore just to look for deleted web-page links.
Earlier on .. there would have no record of the pages you just visited, would there? So why would they be there? : )

Thank you for your help. I did not set delete history on exit. In the end, I deleted even further back and the problem seems to have righted itself. Just an odd glitch, I guess.
