Printing a photograph on HP Photosmart C4680
1 Answers
Although I have not experienced any similar problems in the past, today I tried to print a 4" X 6" photo on my HP Photosmart C4680 all in one printer.
I used the photo printing wizard and set the printing preferences up to print 4 x 6 border-less prints on photo paper, at portrait orientation, then I chose 'full page photo print, cropped and rotated to fit'.
Strangely the printer didn't print the photo central to the paper, but printed it with the head of the subject missing and a large blank area at the bottom of the paper.
Any ideas of what is going wrong will be much appreciated, thank you.
