Best present ever

It's my brothers and a very good female friend of mine (she's like a soulmate to me) 21st birthday's coming up soon and I want to get them both something special for their birthday (seperate gifts).

I was just wondering if anyone has ever received a really special gift, something that really meant something to them. I need some ideas and want it to be something they will remember as they have both been very good to me over the years. Any ideas?

As part of my 21st birthday present my best friend had collected loads of photos over the years of us and she put those into a lovely album for me i was really touched that she had spent time and effort into it.

One of the best presents I ever received was from my best friend, who knows I am nutty about penguins.  She sponsored a penguin (spcifically a Rockhopper - my favourites) in my name at my local zoo.  The sponsorship only lasted a year, but I renewed it the following year and I regularly go to visit 'Rocky' (I know, original!) and always think of the friend that came up with the original idea. 

 

But I realise, that isn't for everyone!

 You did'nt give a price range but a weekend in Amsterdam should do it, that way you all go together and you get treated too.

For my best friends 30th birthday I had a necklace made for her.It wasn't that expensive (abt �75) and she absolutely loved it and it was very special to her.

Boys are much harder tho....a woman with no mouth... I don't know aby the boy one. x
