Ordering shopping online (Sainsbury.co.uk)
16 Answers
I recently signed up to sainsbury.co.uk so i could gradually build up an order and get it delivered.
Each time i added items the page was saved but i went on yesterday and today and all of my items have disappeared when i go into the "My order" section it says "You have no orders at this time"
Where has my apparently saved order gone and how can i get it back?

No you're not patronising at all vodkacoke. I logged in yesterday from a friends computer and noticed my order was gone so i thought that maybe my order might be stored on my home computer which it isn't and thinking of it that's a little silly as it's obviously stored on a sainsbury server.
Maybe there's a time limit for how long they can hold your information but if that was the case why don't they say so?

L00fah if I want to secure a delivery spot for say 2 weeks in advance but don't really know what I want yet, then I choose say 10 bottles of vodka (because it's quick) to total the minimum amount of money needed for the order to be accepted. Then check out properly. Then I go in and amend it as and when I want, making sure I keep the order over the £50 mark.
