I'd disagree with Wiki's list to the degree that, for example, Easter always falls on sunday, of course, when many, if not most businesses (certainly Banks) are closed anyway. The point is that if, say Indpendence Day (4th of July) falls Sunday, then the following Monday would be the National Holiday for the business closures. Most businesses close on New Years Day as well.
Inaugaration Day (each 4 years) is rarely considered a holiday.
Other than for National Banks and Federal employees, there really aren't any "mandated" business closure holidays. ( Live in the U.S. by the way).
