Bon Prix Clothes.

Has anyone purchased anything from this company.They do some really nice looking clothes and I wondered what they were like to deal with and the quality of their goods.

Very limited experience, I was happy with my purchases (knitwear) they washed and wore well for the price. Never had to return or complain so cannot comment on customer service.

There is one dress in particular that I fancy,have a few formal functions coming up. The thing I'm really worried about is if its awful what are they like about returns.

Google BonPrix reviews but be prepared to get a real mixed bag of both nightmares and wonderful praise, I often find review sites confuse me even more.

I agree with mamya about shopping reviews. I've never shopped with bonprix but if it's only one, not too expensive item I'd take the risk. Their returns are free and collected by courier.

I ordered some stuff for the kids - some of it was okay but I returned a load of it .....and was never recredited. I had the courier receipts, but by the time I noticed it seemed like too much bother to pursue for the value.

I've been looking at that web site from a facebook add. The clothes do look nice. I have no experience tho.
