Without a doubt Ebay. One of the best things to do is look under a "label" that way you rule out a lot of the cheaper quality stuff. My daughter has clothed both her children almost entirely from Ebay, many of the things being new or worn once or twice only. She has favourite labels stored in her "favouries" and these can be Pumpkin Patch, Maman & Bebe, Next, Blooming Marvellous, Polarn O Pyret etc. These makes and others are often of better quality and retain their look and wear better especially the last one (Scandinavian make). Also these always sell on again after her children have grown out of them as they do not get worn out as she has so many items they rarely get worn out.
