Email about purchase

Hi
After asking many questions on here I finally signed up to very and bought something on a buy now pay later basis. This is for 12 months.
I recently emailed the company to ask when the final day of my interest free period runs out and I received the following.......
Thank you for your email about your Buy Now Pay Later item(s).
The charge date for your Buy Now Pay Later item will depend on when your statement is due to be produced. The item is due to be applied to your account when your statement is produced on 26/10/13. Your November payment will then be due on this statement.
Please note that you will receive ample notice of when the item is due to be added and the date in which the payment will need to be paid by.
If you pay the cash price in full before the end of the payment-free period there will be no interest to pay.
When you make payments towards your Buy Now Pay Later item(s) please remember to let us know so we can ensure the payment is allocated correctly. Alternatively, you can allocate the payment by visiting My Account.
Interest will accrue from the date of purchase but will not show on your account until the first statement after the expiry of the payment-free period.
But don't worry, if you're not ready to pay at the end of the payment-free period you can spread the cost using your account.
If you have any questions about BNPL or your account please just let me know and I'll be happy to help.
Thank you for shopping at Very – we're adding new products all the time so we look forward to seeing you online again soon.
My understanding is that the very latest I need to pay full cash payment is by the date given by them 26/10/13. What confuses me is that that isn't actually 12 months as I bought the item on 15th November. It would help if they just answered the question I asked in simple terms which was 'what's the date of the final day of my interest free period from my buy now pay later purchase? Is it me being thick or does this sound confusing to others. Like I say I think I get the gist of it but I was expect a later date than 26/10/13.
Would someone on here in the know be able to explain it better to someone who clearly isn't in the know about this sort of thing?
Many thanks
