All USB connections provide a 5V DC supply (with the polarity the same way round). If you're simply referring to a cable that goes between a USB socket and an external device then, as long as the connector on the other end fits, they're fully interchangeable.
However if you're referring to a mains-powered adapter that supplies a USB socket, some provide more current (without overheating) than others. Look for the power rating (e.g. 1A or 2A) on the adapter; if you always use the higher-powered ones you'll have no problems.
