Ebay Alternatives

Just lately I've had cause to advertise quite a few general & furniture items [for collection only] on ebay and have become quite miffed about people who don't pay & collect. Equally annoying is the fact that negative feedback cannot be left for buyers...so this encourages yet more timewasters. So, what are the alternatives to using ebay?
