Trainers For Wide Feet!

Hi,

I need some new trainers for the gym and some occasional run. Can anyone recommend a good make and style?

Should get some good advice on that site too, sally. They're great with delivery too if they've got what you want in stock.

Nike are usually a wider fit. Adidas can be narrower. New Balance also do wider fitting shoes too.

DON'T buy gym shoes and run on the pavements in them - get proper running shoes. They have the most cushioning and that's the most important thing.
