Please Wear A Helmet

I have just been discharged from hospital after a push bike accident. I broke my collarbone, thumb, had a depressed cheekbone and a small brain haemorrhage . All because I wasn't wearing my bike helmet. Let that be a lesson to me and you. And I never wear my helmet because it feels too cumbersome. Well.....

years ago our daughter was knocked off her bike by a motor car. she was told that her helmet broke but her skull did not......result!
