Call Centre.

I'v just had really good service from Talkmobile. I won't give his name as he said he was the only one with the name, but we always expect the worst when we know we have to *make that call*.
We were almost crying with laughter, mainly at me not having a clue, well what a question "Is your phone an andriod". I replied "I send texts".

But in no time at all he sorted out my problem. I'v just joined them and I now know I'll be staying with them..
