If I put an item of ladies clothes on for £4.99 my fee is 15p. If I decide to put a Buy it Now for £25 for the same item, what would the extra fee be? The ebay website is not very easy to understand. Thanks all.

You have got a bit mixed up DJ the minimum insertion fee for a buy it now is 99p , on top of that there is the final value fee of 10% . The minimum insertion fee for an auction is 15p plus 10% final value. Of course you can list an auction item for a start price of 99p for free , but there is still the final value 10% fee.
i've not got mixed up i've just copied and pasted the 2 bits from the ebay website. what is smurf asking then?
it says the minimum insertion fee is 40p for an item listed at the minimum price of 99p, not 99p insertion fee

Now can you see why I am confused ?

So is it 40p extra for Buy it Now?
http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/fees.html#BIN
A buy it now is more expensive as ebay like auctions not buy it now, the extra fee is to make it more attractive to list an auction.
eddie your link says the insertion fee for a buy it now listing of 99p is 40p
Yes, I was wrong it is a min 40p for buy it now against 0p 0r 15p for auctions.
so i'm not mixed up then? lol Wouldn;t have surprised me if i had been lol

They charged me 15p insertion fee plus extra 37p to put a £22 buy it now, plus my final value fee.
