Unfortunately, that one shows it's currently out of stock, but there are other companies on Google, especially abroad.

The Early Learning Centre also sell cartoon brollies, perhaps you could give them a try too? Good luck.

Thanks for your answers, sorry it's taken me so long to respond - been at work. I live in Wales, have tried Woolworths, Mothercare, Toys R Us, and cannot see one on the web. Oh, well, will have to keep looking, though I've been told they have been discontinued.
