My goddaughter wants a Chelsea shirt for her 8th birthday in a couple of weeks time.  The sizes for both children and adults seem to be SML etc. and not by chest size.  Do you think a Small in the boys sizing would be okay.  She is probably slight for her age.

Best bet would be to measure her around her chest (or measure a t-shirt which fits her) and then measure the Chelsea shirt. Don't want to end up with it too small.
Hi su.... if you go to the www.chelseafc.com website and then click on megastore and then kits, then home kit, then infants, then click on size chart, theres bags of info on ages, heights, etc. Hope this helps. (c'mon the blues by the way)

Thanks for this pjb1.  I couldn't find any other size information on the website apart from SML but looking at the sizes of the infants stuff I think a Small Boys shirt would do admirably.  Here's hoping to another great season for the Blues - and a very happy 8 year old!
