damaged goods

What are the rules on returning damaged goods?  I have just opened a brand new tub of paracetamol only to find one of them broken in half, can I get my money back?

i dont think that the shop would see that as damaged goods as you can still take it. Phone them 1st, number should be on the receipt!

ha ha ha - i think you should sue as you might mistakenly take the wrong dose...!!

oh, and the trauma of not being able to take a whole pill for your headache should be worth a couple of thousand too... : )
