Trampoline Holding Water Problem
4 Answers
We have a trampoline with enclosure in our garden which I put away each year. A real problem with it is the cover which goes over the springs. There are 5 or 6 seams in it on the underside ie the part touching the springs, and each time it rains the water goes into the seams and sits there. This means that any time after rain when someone goes on the trampoline all the water runs out and onto the bouncy part.
Sometimes if I remember I can go out early on a good day and walk around the trampoline at each seam and try to get the water out so that it will be dried out later on but it's annoying if I forget and people get into it later as the get wet.
Last year I tried using double sided sticky tape but it came away quickly at the two far edges of the seams.
Has anyone else ever had this issue and did you find a resolution?

Those polystyrene type things that people use for floating in swimming pools.), cut up into short lengths to fit over the springs on a trampoline. Not only will they hopefully keep the spring waterproof, but are also great for preventing injuries if you fall on them.
