Does anyone know where I can order a balloon for a wedding reception room decoration, which I can inflate at home, and which can have either a message inside the balloon, or have a personal message printed on the outside.....to be able to order online would be great as I havent a lot of time left now to find one.

I bought decorating helium balloons off ebay for a birthday party, and inflated them at home. They do wedding ones as well. I was pleased with mine.
