I received a parking fine today from Morrisons. I was livid.
I read online about appealing (apparently it doesn't work to just ignore them anymore) but decided to ring the store directly and ask for the manager.
It took him all of two minutes to decide he didn't want me to (politely) shout at him anymore and they have deleted it. YAY!
Just shows, you just have to stand your ground.

What a cheek Frog, when you have spent ££ on shopping and in the cafe/restaurant!!

Why don't they give people some kind of a disc/voucher when you are going to the cafe, after showing your food receipt?

I agree trt. They have lost my custom and they are my preferred supermarket.
Are you sure that the supermarket manager wasn't just saying they would waive your charge to get you off the phone? The supermarket manager will have no influence over the company who provides the parking services. Don't be surprised if you get a letter in the post despite what the manager said.

I've checked it can be done and it can.
I'm pretty sure it's legit.
