I have my broadband with Tiscali and until last week could download my Tesco and tiscali emails into Outlook. Then I started getting error messages saying Tesco email was not being received. I tried to log on to my account via webmail and was unable to do so. However, at work I was logging in and out no problem. Contacted tesco who told me the problem lay with Tiscali. Contacted Tiscali and they havent denied this but have requested I run a trace route test (using CMD) and then send them the results. I couldnt find a way of dumping the results into the return email so had to 'print screen' to a document and send that. They have now replied saying their server wont allow them to open attachments and could I type it all out!!!!
Anyone having similar problems and can anyone tell me how I can get the results from the 'Dos' page to the email.

I would have stayed with Tesco because I have never had problems with them but BT wouldnt 'rent' the lines out to them when we were broadband enabled in this area.
