Cleaning Memory Foam Mattress Topper

My grandson, who is stopping with us overnight, has just been sick on the bed. It immediately went through the sheet onto the memory foam mattress topper. I have cleaned it as much as I can, using wet wipes, but wonder if there is anything else I can do. As it's made of sponge I presume that it won't go through the washing machine. Is there anything else I can do?
