My husband bought me some Chanel sunglasses two years ago and I have had problems with then ever since.  The tiny screws that hold the bridge of the nose to the actual lens keep coming loose and falling out.  Therefore they fall apart.  I have taken them back to the shop where purchased and they just keep tightening them up.  I obviously don't have the receipt now but wanted to contact Chanel to see if this particular make was faulty.  I have been on their main website with no success.  Does anyone have the contact number or web address?  Many Thanks...
