Ebay - Nectar Points, Seems Im Not Getting Theses Points .

i have over 190 purchases from ebay , sometimes ordering items with hundreds of pounds. ive probably spent a good few grand over the past few years.

i am not getting notification of any nectar awards or points , why. i used to have nectar card year or so ago but do not know what i done with it.

what should i do ?

Did you link your card to your ebay account?

as douglas said you need to link your card or download the nectar toolbar and go through that to ebay,if you have lost your card you can go to the nectar site and order a new one.you can also check your points there and where you have earned them.

Did you go to eBay through the Nectar site? That was what you had to do before they changed the Nectar site a few weeks ago.
I now find when I go to eBay, there is an option of clicking on ‘Collect Nectar points on Ebay’ but as douglas says, you probably would have needed to link the two accounts.
Personally, I think the new Nectar site is crap, and if you need to contact them - well, good luck with that one!

i think a couple of years ago i had collected points but wasnt worth mentioning .

probably just pennies. i only ask because ive spent a lot of money on ebay
