If what follows 'hello' is either a generic term (such as 'Customer') OR simply derived directly from the first part of your email address, then it's definitely a scam. (The 'dave.adams25', rather than 'Dave Adams', certainly looks as if the sender's automated software is simply reading what comes before '@' in people's email addresses).

Definitely a scam. My spam box contains at least £500 of vouchers every day from Boots. Aldi, Amazon, Groupon, Tesco, Sainsburys, Amazon, etc- none of whom seem to know my name and all of whom have an email address (when you hover over the sender's name) that is clearly not related to the company in question
