Not so. You moaned at trolleys at the self service, I moaned at them at the basket only till.

here's my no 1, those toe rags that get a trolley and go to the self service basket bit! Death's too good for them! closely followed by the moronic staff who let them. They'll *** off 10 people to avoid pi55ing off 1, madness!
People who stick their trolleys in the middle of the isle, so you can't get through.
Those toe rags managing the place that provide noisy self service bits and think that means the can reduce the basket only tills presumably because those customers are not worth much. Also customers who take a trolley to the basket only tills and claim it's ok.
Getting a purseful of coupons churning out of the till. I never find a use for them.
Going to the tobacco kiosk and being held up by people buying/checking lottery tickets/scratchcards.

I love those marvel, I just push them through and park them up no where near the person, love it!

yes OG I said that above.

they still sell snout jackdaw? well I never!
People who fail to allow for the fact that someone's attention may be momentarily drawn elsewhere when carrying out passive-aggressive "retaliation".
Folk who tut when I hand over my vouchers and coupons - I'm being frugal.

Sorry if it holds you up a moment.
People on mobile phones as they go through the checkouts, holding the queue up. In fact people who go around the shop with a phone glued to their ears holding inane conversations like 'fish fingers are on offer, should I but some?'

Pensioners with a pursefull of change and vouchers that they have to hunt for after they've packed their shop, does it comes as a surprise that it will be needed at that point?
It's only happened once but, the day the seal broke in Tesco leading to sudden decompression to the vacuum of space.
Now that made my blood boil.

nothing, I use a home delivery service :)
If there are x tills in a shop x tills should be manned, not x - y.
Question Author
I only use unmaned ones these days.
Co-op radio!
I always use manned tills and, like Mamya, have my cards and vouchers at the ready, as there are two of us, it's quick (Baldric)
What Does annoy me is people greeting long lost friends every week and blocking the aisles
Oh never a last minute purse scrambler , always have money or card and coupons if using in hand before the total is up.

My small pleasure is on the occasion of using cash, the assistant will say 'That's £15.49p' - I immediately place correct money in their hand and wait for receipt whilst they gaze at me with incredulity.
