A neighbors trampoline blew into my garden last Saturday/Sunday night in the high winds. The woman neighbour was told and she said she would inform her male partner as soon as he gets up. this was last Sunday He has not been around. It will take more than myself to lift it over the fence which is 7ft high , and the trampoline is large 7 or so ft diameter and upwards of 10 ft high with a mesh curtain.
There is no other way to get it back in to her garden but over the fence. I have thought of stripping it down so it's easier for me to lift on my own but why should I. Plus they could say I have damaged it.

That's rude to leave it in your garden, Mal.....

I think I would put a large sign in my window.....For Sale....One Trampoline.

Gx
^ cash only, cheques can bounce
if you haven't spoken to them since last week, go round again and ask when they are coming to get it
Bob, my advice, do not go about and touch / Lift the thing, you might do yourself an injury, I would request it be moved before the W.End, if not you will get someone to do it, although it's not your property you have a right to remove it.
Cheeky ***! Tell them again ... tell them to collect it …. why should you have to put up with it?
Just push a note thro the letter box
saying it is still there and you are not able to move it or else you would

No you cant sell it, pawn it burn it - as you suspected

I had a gazebo cover blow in
which in the end I folded and put into her lap as she sat on the sofa at her mothers - useful as a chaperone - but she had previously rung the police and said I was in her garden at midnight which i thought was a bit humourless as I was in fact at a conference in London
Peter ... you're off it ;0)
I found an inflatable Santa on my balcony in January (looked slightly worse for wear) - I put notices and pictures up to no avail.

I removed him to the meter cupboard under the stairs, presume he's till there.

Should I have had a chaperone?
I should imagine he did mamya ... look worse for wear ... he'd had a big job on the month before! ;0)
He's scared a few meter readers since I put him in there.
lol ... I can imagine!
Mama you naughty girl

the santa in Manchester ( I am sure s/o can find a photo ) was er wrapped around the town hall tower

and vile creatures repeatedly made crude and impolite comments on whether he was er having a good time over Christmas....
I have had:

you do realise that there is a dead mouse in the bottom of your meter cupboard dont you ?

and I said O good I have been looking for him for a few weeks now .....
Oooh er.

Apologies Malagabob, I too would drop a note through and urge them to remove it.
^ lol!
could you just drag it as far as the street?

Not possible JNO the diameter of the actual trampoline bit won't fit under my side gate arch.
As an update my wife called around this morning Saturday, to see what she and her partner intends to do. ( I would not go myself, the wife would not want me to. Let's say she is more diplomatic than me)
Answer was, her partner is still in bed ( he works nights) could we do it Monday???? As she was going out all day, and he is going down his mothers when he gets up.
Sell it and say it blew away in the night.... you know what trampolines are for getting blown away...
that explanation almost makes it sound as if you're the unreasonable one malagabob

So I am the unreasonable one who has waited for a week.made contact with them not them make contact with me, and them telling me to wait an extra few days, and they have been at home I assume there's nothing stopping them rectifying the matter sooner??
Oh I forgot to add coming home in the week the female neighbour was outside her house, saw me driving up to parking my car, she disappeared inside.
