Strange Foreign Bottles

What's lurking in your drinks' cabinet?

After seeing gness posting about Blue Curacao, I was prompted to have a look into the dustier corners of the Booze Cupboard here at Chateau Sunny Dave.

I found some very dubious drinks that I can only assume I bought whilst :

a) abroad (hello to a litre of Pineau des Charentes)

b) at a food show (hello to a weird marzipan liqueur)

c) in Aldi or Lidl (hello to some Aniseed Vodka)

d) Pîssed (hello to a nasty bottle of Chocolate Wine)

I can't imagine any circumstances in which I would be desperate enough to drink either (b), (c) or (d) and (a) requires a dinner party of about twenty people to make it worth opening.

So ... what crimes against alcohol are you hiding??

None. If I make any mistakes, I use it to clean the stainless steel kitchen sink :)

I know I've got a bottle of Tia Maria which I hate, bottle of Chambord, don't know what possessed me!! And a bottle of 100% white rum which is undrinkable.
Also a couple of dubious wines!!

Chocolate wine sounds a bit dodgy but chocolate stout is lovely so maybe it's OK?

I don't think that I've got any dodgy booze in the cupboard but that's only because when I was unemployed (and couldn't afford to buy any booze) I worked my way through all of those miniature bottles of liqueurs (from Christmas presents decades ago) that had been cluttering up the top shelf.

Five assorted bottles of Champagne, a bottle of Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban and a bottle of 'Paul's Nan's Parsnip Wine.' all of which were given to Mr T for his sixtieth birthday.

He's sixty six now.

We are available for the dinner party, Dave.

The only dodgy drinks in our drinks cupboard are on Trish's side and consists of a selection of stuff she's picked up on our travels in an assortment of colours and wierd names most with just one tot taken out and covered in dust.My half contains an assortment of single malts (both Irish and Scotch) all spotless and recycled at regular intervals.
