husband has just gone at our allotted time to pick up the food order, and they didnt apply the £30 deposit i'd already paid!
Still at least they picked up the phone (at 22.05) and tried to sort me out (and at least i actually have a turkey!)
downside is, i have to go in tomorrow, CHRISTMAS EVE! to sort

M & S need to do something about their tracking system. I tried to track a box of chocolates which my wife and I had arranged for delivery on Wednesday of this week to friends in Staffordshire.. Even a few telephone calls to M & S were useless because nothing was showing up on the firms computer and the information on my computer was that the package had been delivered at 18.00hrs on 01/01/2020......I think it is may have something to do with programming for Brexit. :-)

Anyway, matters were concluded with delivery, a day late , yesterday.
