I got one of these about three weeks ago and after wearing it for a week and a half it broke, I was not heavy handed with it at all, I took it to the jewellers in the hope they could fix it and as its not gold they could not!! I paid £99 for this, I have emailed MK but have not heard nothing. I paid on a credit card so if I don't get anywhere I will phone my credit card company up, will it be seen as my fault? It looks flimsey and I wish I didn't buy it now, it is meant to track steps with the MK app on your phone, it did work but broke as I was putting washing into the machine!! TIA

Probably more of a legal than shopping issue, but my pure guess is that it wasn't fit for purpose due to it's fragility. Hopefully the legal experts will post soon.

The spending needs to be £100 plus for credit card compensation, so no joy there.

MK probably won't be interested....unless you bought it directly from them. You must deal with the seller....your legal rights are with them.
