Shopping Fails

This online stuff is great. Unless you buy a dress off the internet which you need at short notice. Looked very classy in the pic, cowl neck, some nice ruching detail, knee length. It turned up and I tried it on. It fits perfectly apart from the fact that the hem only just covers my backside, its impossible to wear the necessary underwear and I look like a hooker in it!!!

(So I've ordered another one in a different colour) lol

I now have no dress and no time to buy one.

Serves me right for being lazy - I should have just driven to town on Monday. What are your best online shopping fails?

Probably a wedding dress from one of those cheap chinese sites. It looked stunningly elegant in the picture, champagne satin apparently and sooo cheap. Turned up 5 weeks later and was a hideous colour nothing like the picture and half the stitching undone and frayed bits. The nail in the coffin was trying it on, walking out to the full length mirror in the hall and one of the dear cats jumping halfway up and hanging on - at least until it had torn and pulled beyond repair. I ended up spending a packet in Phase Eight instead.

I rarely order on line unless it's stupidly cheap...and nothing EVER from China.

I kinda need to try things on.

Oh I've posted this before......it was a long time ago and my first attempt at internet shopping....I was really excited.......

I ordered a Science Museum Space ship I think it was.......interesting, fun and educational.....

I opened the package to find .......a large yellow plastic duck with a dick..... :-(

I spotted some cute PJs in an online sale and bought two pairs, one for each of my daughters.

I assumed size 34 referred to chest measurement - I was wrong.

I have a photo somewhere of the both stood in one jama leg.

Yeah ummm, I get that, but I hate changing rooms. Far prefer to try on at home and send back if not right.

I bought a lovely glamorous diamante hair clip to pin my hair up for a wedding do. Came from China, when I finally received it, it was just a plastic bar with a scattering of fake diamonds. Looked cheap, tacky and couldn't grip my hair.
Waste of money!
