are there any of you Ebay'ers out there that can tell me, is it possible to bring up your purchase history from the very first item purchased? as mine only goes back two years. Thanks for any help you can give me.

No it only goes back that far. They couldn't keep a record of every purchase made by every ebayer!

You can actually go right back to when you first started, but that you can actually retrieve isn't very helpful.
If you click on your rating (the number in brackets after your Ebay username) and then click on the last page, it'll show you your very first purchase. However, the only info it will show is the item number; the seller and the fact that it was sold over a year ago. An advance search using the item number returns a blank as well.
If you paid with PayPal, you can go back 3 years.
I've just tried logging onto my PayPal and it'll let me go back to 28th June 2014. It will show you the item details; price paid and seller details.
