Thanks Islay, thats what I wasnt sure of,.... sweeteners as I dont use them for coffee, or sugar for anything, and not sure if fattening.

Sweetener is not fattening in it's self but it fools your body into craving more sweet stuff so if you give into those cravings you will get fat
