Just had a quick look on ebay and it appears not very much.

As Mikey indicates, Knightsbridge Collection dolls aren't worth a great deal, with £15 being a typical value:

They were (or still are?) sold through the Sunday supplements (etc) as 'collector's items' but no serious collector would touch them with a bargepole. ('Limited edition' become meaningless when the size of the edition, typically 5000, exceeds the number of people who might be interested in owning a particular doll)
