Christmas Leftovers
2 Answers
The savoury crumble topping I made and froze to transport elsewhere for Boxing Day was the best one yet, soooo tasty and went down a treat on top of the leek, turkey, cream, etc in a big pot and served with sweet potato wedges.
The following day was a turkey curry, the basis of which was a tin of baked beans, a tin of mushy peas, and a tin of chopped tomatoes, with the addition of hot curry powder, chicken stock and the last bits of leftover things. Served with rice, bhajees and samosas.
There's now nothing leftover to finish up, and nothing has gone to waste.
