I have bought a hand bag about a month ago. I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

Take it back to the shop in original condition, unused, with the receipt and any packaging and see what they say.

It's entirely down to the shop; you are not entitles to a refund but they may give you one, they might offer you a voucher or they can refuse either. If the goods are not faulty it's down to their good will.

We don't know where they bough it from, for example they may have bought it online.

I wish people who ask a question would provide enough information for people to give a decent answer.
