Reccomendation For Digital Projector Please

I am looking into the feasibility of buying a digital projector for use in our village hall.
I would be most grateful for any recommendations for a suitable projector for this purpose from anyone who has any experience of this. We are not a wealthy group so price would have to be fairly reasonable (somewhere around £300 or below) We would be happy to consider the purchase of a reliable second hand machine if the price is right. Any suggestions?
