Trump's Cabinet Picks. What Do We Think?
News0 min ago
I have been suffering with Sciatica for 2 weeks now. I saw my GP a week ago (when she confirmed it was Sciatica). She said it was like a sprain and would take 6-8 weeks to heal and I have to take it easy in the meantime - with a 2 year old and a 9 year old - No chance!!!
I have felt no improvement. Does anyone have any advice/tips for dealing with Sciatica?

I am a long-term sufferer and was taking medication whilst waiting to see specialists.
To cut a long story short, I did not require an operation and was assigned to a Physiotherapist who designed an exercise plan.
This has had dramatic results, although I still feel the effects, they are nowhere near as severe.
Google for Sciatica exercises and stretches. There are loads out there.
Good luck.
