I just don't see that serving fish and chips is that difficult to get right, all they have to do is lift the fish with the little finger, and sprinkle away, drop the fish down, and repeat. You don't think I'm over the top with my complaint do you? When you think they've gone to all that trouble to get the batter nice and crispy, and you end up with salty and soggy batter. What' the point. I'm going to have a word with Boris about this.
