Refund When Using Tesco Clubcard Vouchers?

I would like to purchase something from Tesco (instore only, not reward partners), if I return my purchase how do they refund the vouchers back?

I think they would simply refund the appropriate number of points back to your clubcard account and these would go to your next reward voucher entitlement
