I've just managed to sign in (for the first time for about a decade, and without any 'Captcha' references) without any problems using Brainiac's link.
Try clearing your browser's cache. If that doesn't help, give Tesco a call on 0800 323 4040 (free from BT landlines) or 0330 123 4040 (local rate from both landlines and mobiles, which means that it will be free if you've got a calling plan with 'included minutes' to 01 and 02 numbers). Lines open at 7 tomorrow morning (and stay open until 11pm).
