Because people are unable to get delivery slots Morrisons are going to deliver boxes of basic food and household necessities. Choice of two boxes 1 for meat eaters and 1 for vegetarians. £35 each and max of two boxes per household. Can be delivered day after they are ordered. Hope the link works. May help some Abers.

We are pretty well stocked up at the moment but will be interesting to see over the next few days just what they contain and how successful it is. Lots of vacancies for drivers methinks.
I am reasonably well stocked too and plenty offers to pick up an occasional item from neighbours and/or family.
Great idea. I managed to get an Asda delivery for next Monday evening. I've got enough to ride me over until then.

Although it seems folk in my local area have stockpiled marmite and corned beef, the beggers.
*tide me over
who knows what's in the boxes? Could be a useful way to get shot of stock that's nearing its sell-by date.
Jno, it depends on stock, so it's variable, but this is the general idea...
