Ordered a nintendo lite in coral from here and it said coming from supplier in 10 days!!! Well supplier is nintendo and they are out of stock and so is Studio now since ordering, no email to say its out of stock but this was over 10 days ago now and I paid by my bank card and money has not gone back in, what should I do? TIA
You can put your details in, where it shows out of stock and they will advise when they are expecting delivery. Or alternatively go to the 'contact us' page and e-mail them and put your question to them, or ask for refund.
thank you, no answer on phone at weekend, the bit where you can ask for an email when the item comes back into stock is too late as was a gift for birthday which now has gone, I will call today (hopefully get a answer) thanks all
