does anyone know where would I be able to buy these, I would prefer not to buy online. I need a bulk pack of about 50-100.

A couple of other thoughts:
1. Try 'Laboratory Equipment in Yellow Pages (or Yell.com) or
2. Try some of the more 'old-fashioned' camera shops. Some of them sell microscopes (and accessories) as well.
