Can anyone help name this film for the description below ?

Its an American film, where a boy is at college and for the holiday vacations its left up to his step father to collect him. Neither boy or stepfather get along. Throughout the film the boy plays pranks and tricks on his step father, pranks include - fire crackers - fight with hockey stick - burns his step fathers car and has to sleep outside in the car while it snows. The front cover of the film includes the step father and the boy attached to a hockey stick.
