Hi folks, just wondrin .... does anyone know how I can get in touch with a "human bean" at Hermes - they have contrived to lose a parcel containing something I ordered - they emailed me a tracking reference a few days ago (perhaps even last week) and it's now disappeared and gone AWOL. The tracking hasn't moved on - and I reckon that, having been given a tracking number, it must be at their depot somewhere - so why hasn't it been delivered to my house!? Can't be doing with their silly "chatbot" (all the questions they are are totally irrelevant to my problem) ... and I am even thinking about sending a letter of complaint to whoever at that company. Hope you can help, many thanks in advance, cheers, Chox.

Crikey, that phone line charge is eye-watering! That's why I want to write ..... Many thanks for the link ...
no worries.
0330 808 5456 is the number on Hermes website
try them and see what happens
Its not up to you to contact Hermees. Just report it to the seller.
Hermes may not talk to you. There contract is with seller.
Definitely contact the seller
I suggested this at 15.02 but it looks like it wasn't noticed.
sorry barsel, you are right of course
That 'Customer Calls connection service' website is a scam to charge you £6 for a local call charge.

Note the small print - "Our call connection service is not affiliated or associated to Hermes."

It is illegal for any UK company to use Premium Charge telephone numbers for customer service.
i did say it was expensive and wouldn't do it
0330 numbers cost the same as 01/02 numbers; but yes, you have no contract with Hermes, only with the seller.
If it's got lost that is between the seller and Hermes so if you want your money back or a replacement then there's only one thing to do. Phone the seller. Good luck chokkie, it's a pain I know.
Whenever this has happened to me, I've contacted the seller and they have given me a date to leave it until, then if i still haven't received it I contact them again and then they replace the money.
Its been state already but I'll still mention it

YOUR contract is with the seller

The SELLERS contract is with Hermes

Hence YOU need to contact the SELLER

The SELLER needs to deal with HERMES

YOU do not deal with HERMES
