I'd like to buy a really nice green leather passport cover for an Irish/EU passport but couldn't find one in Ireland on a recent visit. I'd hoped to get one for an Irish friend whose passpoer looks rather tatty.

Have spent ages trying to register with e-bay but gave up. Am beginning to subscribe to the theory that 'life's too short for the internet'. Any ideas appreciated.

If your look in Newspapers usually at weekend they advertise passport leather covers in all colours you would get a green one and usually buy one get one free about 9.99 also advertised in magazines. I brought a black leather one and very useful as can put ticket in the flap and keeps these silly paper passports as new.

Try Aspinal of London website at : http://www.aspinaloflondon.com/index.asp Go to luxury leather goods and click passport holder. Pick your colour.
